as an arrears & litigation senior specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

to assist the manager in the leadership of the team. training new starters with ongoing support in the early stages of their tenuredelivery of workout solutions to customers experiencing payment difficulty and working to deliver an efficient and compliant litigation processassessing and actioning manager referralsdiscussing and negotiating arrears workout options, e.g., arrangements, capitalisation, loan modifications, shortfall sales etc.providing assistance in resolving customer complaintsattending relevant meetings in the absence of the manager, and providing timely and relevant feedbacmanagement of ad-hoc issues and projects as they arisemaintenance of internal control safeguardsact as a role model to the team through motivation and inspirationassisting the manager in ensuring required levels of productivity and performance are deliveredfacilitation of the timely provision of accurate information to internal and external stakeholdersto review and approve free text letters to customersadditional info
