adecco is assisting a logistics provider in canton michigan to fill customer service representative need!.  this is a temporary to hire, in person position.  if you are able to work onsite and are an experienced csr, apply now!

primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

serve as primary contact with customers and drivers

scheduling and dispatching drivers, vehicles or equipment according to predetermined schedules

prepare daily work orders of loads and setting appointments

respond to customer needs and resolve problems in a timely manner

familiar with microsoft exce and word applications

excellent communication and follow up skills

strong clerical and organization skills
