Occasional child minder and driver - united kingdom, richmond, north yorkshire

i have two children aged 11 and 14 who are at school part time due to health issues. both are currently being driven to school in different directions to different schools at different times. both parents work from home and can do this but sometimes this is not possible so i am hoping to find someone who is able to work occasionally and also do child minding in the evening or day. the 14 year old has been very unwell for 5 years and isolated for 4 years which has given her social anxiety. as this role has involvement with youngsters who have been unwell i am interested in someone who is naturally compassionate and supportive.

i also have 2 dogs and a cat. car owner/driver essential. we live between in ham which is between richmond and kingston.
