conveyancing sales executive - exciting online comparison service

£18,000 to £40,000 ote (remote working)

we operate comparison websites in the legal and home moving sectors and have had rapid growth over the past 8 years to be the uk's largest home-moving and legal comparison service. we have over 3,500 excellent trustpilot reviews.

the ideal candidate will be looking for a career, not just a job.

we are looking for an individual to undertake full time telemarketing activities, calling up warm exclusive leads to convert to sales.

as the role involves:

- conducting outbound calls to warm consumer leads - no cold calling;

- taking inbound enquiries via multiple channels;

- building sales pipeline to maximise daily sales;

- providing consistently excellent customer-service;

- being involved in a range of sales campaigns from start to completion.

employee's normal working hours are 40 hours per week.

working hours and shift patterns deemed by the needs of the business and are subject to change.

example working pattern would be:

weekdays - 9am - 5:30pm (10:30am - 7pm - one shift per week)

saturdays - 10am - 2pm (one saturday per month in rotation)

we are looking for a passionate, driven individual who wants to achieve personal success and grow with us.

you must be experienced in a telesales environment, understand sales targets / kpis and be motivated to exceed expectations in everything you do.

excellent starting package of basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential. there will also be a variety of one-off incentives, benefits, and competitions.

- £18k base salary

- achievable ote of £35-40k per annum

- 23 days holiday plus your birthday and bank holidays

- 1 day of additional holiday earned per year of service (up to 28 days)
