this is an exciting new role where you will be assisting the account manager with co-ordination and associated tasks with an exciting new project.

key responsibilities:
processing the client orders
dealing with client queries and problem solving any issues that may arise
monitoring stock levels, reporting on stock and re-ordering when necessary
source, negotiate and liaise with suppliers to obtain appropriate and competitive quotations
general administration tasks arising from the above, including filing job bags, raising purchase orders etc.
ensure maintenance of spreadsheets and other associated systems
required skills:
have excellent organisational and administration skills
be a confident communicator both internally and externally
work to tight deadlines, whilst still maintaining a high level of attention to detail
be forward thinking, proactive with a problem-solving approach
required experience:
have experience of excel, word, outlook
have good commercial awareness, and experience in a client facing role and advantage
effectively manage your own time
work independently and as part of a team
previous experience in the following industries is an advantage: print, creative
