you will be required to work 2 from 3 weekends in a month- day off in a week normally same day.
salary ote gbp40k (ok performance) gbp50k good performance
experience, qualification and training
to be impeccable in personal appearance and hygiene
to be capable of conversing with people in a lucid and pleasant manner
to have the ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and close a sale.
to hold a clean driving license
to have up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices
to be capable of accurate used vehicle valuation
to be always available to affect a sale
to be always available for update training
nvq level 2/3 vehicle selling
main purpose of job
to ensure the holdcroft group process is always adhered to.
ensure all showroom system procedures are adhered to and comply with company policy.
to achieve personal sales targets and to ensure dealership target is achieved.
ensure profitability within the dealership sales programme.
to ensure showroom presentation standards are maintained.
ensure that all current marketing campaigns are cascaded to sales team.
to always ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction in accordance with dealership sales policy to ensure repeat business and to comply with manufacturer csi.
report all relevant information to sales manager or general manager.
