identify and contact voc candidates to participate in customer interviews. targets may include b2b or b2c customers.
work with business unit cross functional project teams to scope vov projects and understand the customers, products, and market.
develop customer lists based on markets, organizations, roles, titles, and personas.
work with various hubbell departments such as hubbell enterprise marketing, hubspot crm, & hubbell sales to identify and contact potential voc leads.
research, develop, track, and monitor lists of customer locations, e-mail, phone numbers, and linkedin profiles as potential voc customers.
send out initial surveys to engage with potential voc customers.
background
seeking someone who is engaging, outgoing, curious, highly organized, and self-motivated.
must be able to maintain and organize multiple projects at once.
works independently as well as with a cross functional team.
2 to 5 years experience in a customer engagement, customer service, or sales role.
basic technical knowledge a plus
assignment / location:
reports into innovation organization (cto office)
3 to 6 months temporary assignment with possibility of direct hire
remote location (near any hubbell site)
