primary responsibilities

  • identify and contact voc candidates to participate in customer interviews. targets may include b2b or b2c customers.
  • work with business unit cross functional project teams to scope vov projects and understand the customers, products, and market.
  • develop customer lists based on markets, organizations, roles, titles, and personas.
  • work with various hubbell departments such as hubbell enterprise marketing, hubspot crm, & hubbell sales to identify and contact potential voc leads.
  • research, develop, track, and monitor lists of customer locations, e-mail, phone numbers, and linkedin profiles as potential voc customers.
  • send out initial surveys to engage with potential voc customers.

    background

  • seeking someone who is engaging, outgoing, curious, highly organized, and self-motivated.
  • must be able to maintain and organize multiple projects at once.
  • works independently as well as with a cross functional team.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in a customer engagement, customer service, or sales role.
  • basic technical knowledge a plus

  • assignment / location:

  • reports into innovation organization (cto office)
  • 3 to 6 months temporary assignment with possibility of direct hire
  • remote location (near any hubbell site)
  •
