Head chef - united kingdom, twickenham, london
the curling club in partnership with the shack 68 twickenham is looking for a head chef to run and organise the event and main kitchens during the autumn/winter season, starting early october until early january. a 3 month contract is available however a permanent position is also on offer.
during this period the events will be
- 4 england autumn international rugby hospitality days, catering for up to 300 guests in two dining areas, plus a high volume outdoor bbq serving around 600 covers
- the curling club, an indoor ice curling experience catering for corporate guests, clients and friends, with 50 days advanced bookings. food is relaxed, based on a sharing concept to accompany fun in an alpined themed apres ski experience.
the role needs an experienced chef, well organised and excited by event catering.
