Admin assistant/ personal secretary - united kingdom, ballymena, county antrim

we are looking for a personal secretary to join our team here at brendan’s store. hours will include between 16-32 hours per week. this will be based at our premises in ballymena. wages will be discussed at interview.

key duties and responsibilities

create and maintain a record of all transactions that occur. ensure that all business records are recorded and kept up to date be able to assist accounting team by ensuring all records are accurately completed for vat returns. maintain shop cleanliness keep product pricing up to date assist the manager in general tasks.

ideal candidate must have

excellent communication skills. ability to work well as part of a team. excellent organisational skills ability to work on their own initiative excellent computer skills is essential candidate must be proficient in microsoft word and excel punctuality is essential
