this is an opportunity to join the uk's longest standing, leading full-service cyber security provider. as part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our consultancy team to include an additional penetration tester.

the role

reporting directly to the service director (testing), the consultant penetration tester will be responsible for:

- client engagements: applying established company processes with lead consultant and service director supervision, in order to provide high quality deliverables to our clients; working alongside lead consultants in delivering client engagements; following established delivery and reporting methods

- colleague development: sharing skills and knowledge

- service development: contributing to service development activities and identifying/raising potential improvements to service directors; identifying future sales opportunities

key skills & experience

- a minimum of two years' penetration testing experience

- web application testing experience

- mobile application testing experience

- knowledge of at least one coding language to a competent level

- able to apply established company processes with minimal direct supervision

- able to lead small routine consulting projects

- working towards/has service-specific professional qualifications, eg. oscp, oswp, osce, cpsa, crt

- able to act professionally in front of clients

- good verbal and written communication skills
