adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented technical support specialist role in san diego, ca.   this is a temp-to-hire opportunity! successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, be fluent in english, be reliable, and able to provide outstanding customer service. pay rate is $18/hr. schedule is monday thru friday 8am -5pm.   if you meet the qualifications listed below, please apply now!

 

responsibilities for this technical support specialist - customer service representative job include:

 

  • provide support for incoming customer technical issues; take orders
  • support for customer requests for repair status, documentation, software, or part numbers
  • enter appointments and information into the erp system; answer incoming calls
  • follow up on repair costs and purchase order requests
  • use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by       the customer
  • achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
  • other related duties

    qualifications:

     

  • high school diploma or ged needed
  • associate degree in electronics technology or equivalent related work experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
  • understanding of windows xp and 7 professional operating systems
  •
