we have a hr administrator position available within our human resourcing team for a dynamic and organised individual to fulfil. it is a varied role in which the right candidate will be responsible for a number of tasks within the hr admin function, including recruitment, starters, leavers, payroll processing, absence management, and generalist support.

in this role, you would be responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of hr records and database management to provide accurate management information that supports planning and business improvement.

in addition, you will provide first-line support and guidance in line with organisational policies, procedures, legal requirements, and best practice to managers and staff across a range of people issues.

we would typically expect at least 1 years' experience working in a similar hr administrative role to ensure an understanding of people related policies, processes, and procedures.

additional informationthis role will involve occasional travel to our other sites and off-site meetings, therefore own transport would be an advantage (but not essential). a driving licence is essential.

in the first few weeks, we will require you to have training onsite in our head office in marlow, which will involve staying away from home for a few days. there may be a requirement to work additional hours on occasion in order to meet deadlines or during peak project work.
