due to consistent growth, we are now looking for an in-house experienced recruitment manager based in our head office in wolverhampton.

as recruitment manager you will be instrumental in adding to our existing workforce for all various positions, delivering a great and consistent service ensuring we only take on the best. working with directors and senior managers you will anticipate the business future needs and advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success plan.

the recruitment manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing an efficient resourcing strategy to meet the needs of the business and improve business performance. working with the business to develop and implement a strategy that will support headcount plans and on the ground recruitment for various positions and operations. in so doing you will ensure that the recruitment is effectively aligned and adds value to the business.
