Accounts receivable - united states, lafayette (indiana)
adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an accounts receivable job in lafayette, in. this is a temp to hire opportunity. as an accounts receivable you will be responsible for credit and collections calls, new accounts, new jobs billing, post payment, bank deposits, reconciling accounts. you will also do the daily cash drawer close out, office supply, bank /mail runs, store transfers, run errands as needed. will need valid driver license with own insurance. will need to have strong microsoft word, excel, outlook and accounts receivable.
pay is up to $19.00/hr. depending on experience, hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm 30min lunch. the first 4 weeks for training hours will most likely be 32 per week. must have reliable transportation. most office are on 2nd floor with no elevator. background and drug screen required.
