grounds & grapes are an independent café located in honor oak park, south east london. we are a small, fun and personable team and pride ourselves on excellent customer service and outstanding food & coffee.
we are looking for an experienced chef to work saturday (7am-4pm) & sunday (8am-4pm) each week preparing our weekend brunch menu. the job role includes:
preparing the kitchen each morning for service
preparing orders once received in the kitchen
cleaning and closing down the kitchen after service
doing a stock take and monitoring ingredients for the menu
