we are excited to be working with a leading service provider in their field. this is a fantastic opportunity for a well-established credit control manager to lead a growing team of credit controllers.

we are searching candidates who have experience with supporting and mentoring a successful credit control team.

duties to include.

ensuring arrears are collected on behalf of clients in accordance with our client's terms and conditions.

maintaining complete and up to date records of actions to settle arrears and monitoring and reporting on collection performance

managing the day to day operational aspect of the credit control function, ensuring key focus is made to each stage of the collection process.

lead and develop the team to strive to achieve both individual and team targets.

continuously improving processes for the collection process to ensure monies are collected in an efficient manner in accordance with all relevant legislation.

we are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate

a minimum of two years' experience in credit control supervising/managing a team.

5 years' experience working as a credit controller.
