to be qualified for this role, you must have 2 years of experience in the food service industry, must have a food service certification, and must have great people skills, be proactive, energetic, well-organized and have a great attitude. as a dishwashing associate, you will be responsible for the overall general cleanliness of the kitchen and workspace, which includes washing all dishes, place clean, dry dishes utensils, and cooking equipment in storage area, mop back of kitchen floors and assist in other areas as needed and assigned by other cirque du soleil kitchen manager and head-chef and/or adecco on-site staff. you may also be required to assist with food prep tasks (ie: peeling potatoes, carrots, etc.).
