Experienced bar supervisor - united kingdom, forest hill, london
the all inn one pub in forest hill, south east london is looking for a experienced hands-on bar supervisor to help us with the day-to-day running of the business, cellar management, opening and closing of the bar, real ale, craft beer & wine. we don’t have a kitchen but we do have street food pop ups at the weekend now and again. we also have accommodation of 4 en-suite boutique style bedrooms, where checking guests in and out is required.
you must be hard working, extremely customer focused with the natural ability to offer a great but relaxed service. a personal license would be an advantage but not necessary but you need to have checkable references from previous employers. this is an exciting opportunity for somebody that would like to further his or her career within this industry.
the position is full time ( around 35 hours/week) and we offer a good rate of pay, performance bonus, tips.
there is also the posibility of great live in accommodation from october.
