Contact center csr remote - houston, tx - united states, houston

adecco is assisting a local client to fill contact center roles. positions are remote, but candidates must live in austin, san antonio or dallas area for equipment pickup.

previous call center experience required. position will be assisting providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions.  responds to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner.

must be available to work between the hours of 7am - 7pm, cst.

pay rate: $20/hour

candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this opportunity:

minimum 1 year call center experience

minimum 1 year customer service experience

high speed internet connection

live within one hour of dallas, san antonio or austin texas area.

full covid vaccination
