adecco is assisting a local client to fill contact center roles. positions are remote, but candidates must live in austin, san antonio or dallas area for equipment pickup.
previous call center experience required. position will be assisting providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions. responds to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner.
must be available to work between the hours of 7am - 7pm, cst.
pay rate: $20/hour
