Multi drop van driver - united kingdom, york, north yorkshire

gi group are proud to be working in partnership with royal mail parcelforce who provide a service nationwide in the delivery of parcels.

they are currently looking of a number of multi drop drivers to work out of their depots in poppleton (york).

only category b (car) licence needed

pay and hours:

pay rate starts at - £11.64 an hour

day shifts only and various start finish times available.

predicted length of term: temporary

the role involves

* loading parcels onto vehicle in order of deliveries. this is prepared by the warehouse sorters

* ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner to complete workload for the day

* complete all relevant paperwork and calling cards

* always maintain a professional clean appearance and stay respectful when interacting with customers

* local deliveries, we are even able to place drivers in areas that are known to them.

* using a handheld pda device is required
