full time, permanent

£21,000 – £23,000 per annum, 40 hours per week

monday – friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

ability is a leading trade and diy supplier based in sunderland employing 40+ staff.

we are looking for a management support administrator to join our multi-functional office supporting a fast-paced store and warehouse environment.

the team is at the core of the business, dealing with many business operations and processes including buying stock, managing stock information, finance, administration, marketing, hr, it, facilities management, process management, staff support, management information, communicating with suppliers and customers.

the team also provides support to the store and warehouse function.

working with product data
producing management information
assisting with purchasing
staff rotas
hr related activities
helping prepare / deliver training
finance related

help prepare documents, signs and posters
telephone and staff radio support
assist with routine admin processes and other duties as necessary

you'd also be supporting managers to research and solve day-to-day issues in the business.
