we currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic area development manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

this position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in sales management, driving profitable growth through new business and supporting the area director in the scuccessful execution of solution development.

the role and responsibilities consist of proactive sales in within a defined geographic area whilst wroking with the area director to understand the full customer portfolio developing a strategic and tactical plan for solution transformation.

you will be gain knowledge of securitas' technology solutions and work with each individual customer to improve and enhance their security on site whilst highlighting the positive financial impact which we can offer by comparing a traditional security services to a full protective services service.

you will be working closely with the cto team, branch manager and other designated personnel to ensure all proposed service calculations are sustainable for the length of the contract, location and specific customer/industry requirements, ensuringeducate customers in the area with new ideas on how to improve their current service offering.

on a daily basis you will be educating customers with new ideas on how to improve their current security service offering.

this could include (but not limited to) visits to the soc and other customers where solutions are in place, hold seminars and customer listening groups.

identify any new business opportunities within the designated area that adhere to securitas' key market segments and upsell and cross sell where necessary.
