who we're looking for

to be successful in this customer focused role, you will ideally have:

a strong customer service focusefficient written and verbal communication skillsinitiative and the ability to multi-taskability to work autonomously and be self-motivatedwill be computer literatethe availability to work 12-hour shifts covering day and night rosters (including weekends and public holidays.)based within a busy gatehouse booking in and out visitors and vehicles.monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and cctv.conduct external and internal security patrols.maintain all logbooks and records.record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices to management.provide support, guidance, and information to all staff, visitors, and contractorsidentify opportunities for improving practices and processesessential skillsthe ideal person:
