my well-established and market-leading client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a project administrator. the role will primarily involve working on various projects and carrying out relevant administration duties, ensuring you provide exceptional customer service whilst providing quotes, dealing with queries and updating clients. you will liaise effectively with your team, whilst ensuring all spreadsheets, forms and other systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner, as well as monitoring the progress of each project and working in line with the allocated time frames.

main duties and responsibilities

* contact clients via telephone, email and in person

* create and manage spreadsheets, forms, and other systems relevant to the project

* create and upload project delivery schedules

* update clients with progress on their project

* maintain project orders and price files

* produce independent quotes for clients

* handle queries from clients, whilst providing excellent service

* follow up quotes that have previously been generated

* update clients with estimated delivery time frames

* general administration/office duties

the suitable candidate will demonstrate

* previous experience in an administration/office based role

* organisation, efficiency and attention to detail

* computer literacy skills with the use of microsoft packages, especially excel

* be able to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks

* confident in talking to clients via telephone, email and in person

* working as part of a team and use of your own initiative
