in this fast-paced role, you will be working with our customers to input orders and answer their product-based inquiries and serve as partners to our sales engineers to ensure that we are providing the best service possible. on site role.
key responsibilities:
• process incoming purchase orders
• ensure accuracy of customer orders
• resolve questions related to purchasing orders
• answer general inquiries regarding order status
• review specialized customer orders with the sales team to ensure accuracy
