adecco med/sci is looking for a remote clinical program manager for one of it's local client
m-f (20hr/week)
pay - 44/hr
all work is remote telecommute hours range from 9 am - 9 pm local time depending on group schedules.
position requires nursing background preferably in maternal care. the position requires group facilitation skills, managing group dynamics along with some guided discussion on educational topics. experience in maternal prenatal and postpartum care help to support the discussion. position would be working with a team of other group facilitators to identify resources and ideas for group success.
job requirements -
facilitate group meetings using group management best practices
engage with group participants through online discussion forums
share guidelines from leading healthcare organizations (e.g. acog, acnm) as well as practical information about pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
schedule and host one-on-one meetings with participants to build rapport and prepare for group meetings
document group meetings in the mom & baby web portal
stay current on best practices related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the early postpartum period
qulaification/experience -
