project overview:

global network delivery new technology integration (nti) is part of our company's global networking organization and the team is responsible for the end-to-end deployment of new technology to enable and deliver capacity within accepted slo's. nti consists of four branches/pillars: compute, infrastructure, edge, wan and combining with fnd is known as the lifecycle solutions.

overall responsibilities:

manage lme ( lifecycle management engineering) intake daily operations including requesters inquiries, communicate intake guidance and feedback to requesters, coordinate intake process with internal teams reviewers and managers, organize scoping effort, and closing out intake process with proper documentation. troubleshoot and maintain team dashboards and support npis related data analysis.

top 3 daily responsibilities: 

manage lme intake daily operations

manage team dashboards

support nti (new technology intetgration) team npi (new product introduction) project tasks

skill/experience/education

mandatory

bachelor’s degree, preferred information systems or business degree. or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2+ years of working experience in project management and knowledge of project management skills, techniques and tools

excellent written and verbal communication skills

a team player with a collaborative and flexible attitude

details oriented, self-motivated and organized ability to adapt to a fast pace, dynamic work environment

excellent problem solving and analytical skills

 experience with google suites/workspace

basic query and data analysis.

dashboard creation and maintenance experience.

desired

experience or industry knowledge in data centers.

basic programming skills
