marlborough nannies are delighted to advertise for a 4 day a week child friendly housekeeper / cleaner for a family living in chelsea, london, sw10.
this lovely, friendly family of 5 require an experienced, highly organised, fit, reliable, meticulous child friendly housekeeper / cleaner who has high standards, a great eye for detail, is self-motivated and able to use your own initiative to help them with the upkeep of their lovely 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom family home, the house is over 5 floors with lots of stairs so someone with lots of energy is essential.
all housekeeping / cleaning duties are required to include and not be limited to keeping the house clean, tidy and ordered, (some rooms can be done on rotation) hoovering, mopping floors, dusting, polishing, changing beds, washing sheets, general tidying and putting things away to include unpacking ocado orders and ensuring that the home is generally well presented and cared for. laundry duties include washing, sorting/organising/folding, ironing and putting away and the odd bit of sewing in nametapes on the children's uniforms.
you will be required to water plants inside and outside and be available to let tradesmen and the gardener in.
some childcare may be required to cover the nanny's holiday / sickness or if mum is busy you would be happy to take the children to the park or keep them entertained for periods of time, you may be asked to do occasional school runs. the children are aged 9, 7 & 3.
the family have dogs so an animal lover is a must.
the days and hours can be flexible working 4 days a week for 5 hours each day, additional hours can be offered for babysitting or helping lay tables for dinner parties.
the start date is asap.
an attractive hourly rate is offered dependent on experience.
you are required to have an enhanced dbs on the update service and a valid paediatric first aid certificate.
