this employer is delighted to be advertising an hca role. this is an opportunity to join a very friendly, well organised and supportive nhs gp surgery in wood green, london n22. the surgery has 11,000 patients and has been rated by cqc as outstanding for leadership. staff are particularly valued with evenings-out meals, social arrangements, birthday presents and generous annual leave allowance.

the post is offered at an hourly rate of between £10/h and £15/h. the upper salary tier is for exceptional candidates, ie those currently in a primary care hca role with experience of vaccinations, diabetes checks, dressings and blood pressure checks. for less qualified candidates, full training will be provided by way of accredited courses and in house training. the role is mainly patient facing with some clinical support duties.

the post attracts membership of nhs superannuation pension scheme and 24 days annual leave (based on the 30 hour/week).

this role is offered at a 30 hour week. the required rota is:

tuesday: 11am-8pm

wednesday: 11pm-8pm

thursday: 9am-5pm

friday: 9am-5pm

included each day is a 1 hour unpaid lunch break depending on length of shift.

there is some potential to be flexible over the working pattern.
