who we are

we are an it support company (msp) that works with creative businesses. we strive to make our clients' lives easier by using saas technologies to provide a more stimulating and rewarding experience. we firmly believe that having notifications enabled for all apps or spending the day working from your inbox, is not the optimum way to work productively. if you agree and have the skills below, we'd love to hear from you.

the essence of the role

align our client's technology against our company standards and processes, identifying and remediating any technology that is out of alignment.

responsibilities

- assess, remediate and align our client's technology based on alignment tasks and milestones set by the head of alignment

- example alignment task: all users have multi-factor authentication (mfa) configured for office365. you would be responsible for following our standards to assess which users have (mfa) enabled for a particular client, and then remediate those users who do not by following our processes to configure mfa office365 in order that the client is aligned to our standards

- test and provide constructive contributions to standards, processes, and documentation

- draft monthly client alignment reports

- excellent analytic and problem-solving skills

- a great communicator, including face-to-face, verbal and written

- a broad understanding of technology including cyber security and user support

- the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing and prioritising large workloads

- friendly and respectful - someone who ignores the client's job title, calls them before emailing, doesn't speak technical language, remains calm and always gives people your full attention

- engaged - you are prepared, you bring a holistic view (your own, the company's, your colleague's and the clients') and you provide constructive contributions to meetings and work

- positive energy - you have no ego and are always looking for a better way to do things (simpler, more elegant, smarter, quicker), whilst always trying to raise the bar
