monday - friday (40 hrs per week - from time to time, events may require some weekend work )
a newly developed role has arisen at swish of the curtain theatre school for a customer services manager to lead a small team of sales and customer service agents in delivering outstanding customer service, client communication and satisfaction.
we have ambitious plans for the future, requiring a driven candidate, passionate about the end to end customer experience. this is primarily an onsite role based in a tranquil suburban area of christchurch.
the leading extra curricular theatre school in the south, swish has won numerous awards and accolades both in live theatre and on the small screen and regularly ranks top in online reviews.
the role / key responsibilities
oversee and work within the customer service team to ensure top class customer service, ensuring customers have a great experience and are responded to timely, in a professional, helpful, accurate and positive manner at all times.
constantly seek to identify and implement improvements
train, manage and motivate individuals to improve performance.
conduct performance reviews
ensure customer communication is consistent across all channels (phone, email, live chat)
escalation point for customer service queries – resolving complaints
manage online reviews to maintain excellent rating
represent cs team in weekly meetings
understand and ensure compliance with gdpr
your attributes & experience
experience in managing a department
skilled at being able to manage the needs of business with those of the customer
understanding of the service sector
skilled at problem solving
some experience in e-commerce
google workspace / microsoft office
