strong computer skills

basic trouble shooting skills

ability to remain calm and provide excellent customer service

must be detail oriented

ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease to be successful in role

must have high-speed internet with a minimum of 25mph

must be located within 1.5 hours from little rock, arkansas

call and speak to providers/point of contacts and gain commitment for sending in the identified medical records to client

troubleshoot and resolve issues/complaints
