shift: mon-thurs 6:00am-4:30pm
responsibilities for this assembly job include:
following all established safety policies and procedures
maintain organized and clean work area to promote quality atmosphere and safety
assemble parts and sub-assemblies per instructions, drawings, and blueprints
assist in training of new employees as needed
assist in troubleshooting procedures to resolve product, production or assembly problems
must be able to work effectively with other members of his/her team, as well as other departments
willing to work different stations, departments and locations in assembly as required
will operate material handling equipment including overhead cranes and lift trucks
responsible for quality requirements of work completed
qualifications for assembly job include:
high school diploma
reading and understanding standard shop work instructions and prints
understand verbal instructions
have a working knowledge of assembly tools, techniques and product assembly methods and/or be willing to develop technical skills in the areas of general mechanical techniques, electrical and hydraulic systems and installation
fulfill overtime work schedules as requested to meet customer demands
demonstrated work attendance reliability
physically able to perform all jobs on all assembly lines including heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
