an excellent opportunity for an experienced landscape team leader to join a well-established company based in southampton.
salary: up to £15 per hour / overtime up to 19.50 per hour / bonus £20 a day.
hours: full time – 40 hours per week – monday to friday.

candidate requirements:
the company is looking for experienced landscapers ideally with a 7.5ton driving licence to run teams of 2 and 3 men building gardens of all shapes and sizes. this is all with the aim of providing clients with a high level of satisfaction. you would enjoy problem solving and the challenge of using a variety of different landscape materials and machinery to create gardens from designs.
some experience or exposure to the following is essential:
practical hard landscape skills, paving, dwarf walls, fencing, ponds, driver experience of running a team experience working from plans and to customer specification adapting the site arrangements to reflect weather/working conditions of the day risk assessments and onsite health and safety a positive ‘can do’ attitude
desirable skills but not essential:
soft landscaping skills - ground work, planting, turfing 7.5 ton driving licence plant identification and knowledge
