salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

hours: full time, 40 hours per week, monday – friday.

the company have a vacancy for a garden maintenance estimator to join their team.

you will be tasked with visiting new & existing clients across southern hampshire and discussing their garden maintenance needs. your aim is to convert their enquiries into live projects by providing them with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens. you would then be in charge of organising your team, providing them with clear instructions to undertake the maintenance work and then oversee their workmanship.

candidate requirements

essential:

• estimating and quoting work

• a positive 'can do' attitude

• experience working with domestic/commercial clients

• good interpersonal and communication skills

• computer literate (word/excel)

• plant knowledge & identification including pest and disease

• soft landscape & machinery experience

• risk assessments and onsite health & safety

• driving licence

desirable:

• horticultural qualification

• pa1/pa6 spraying certificates

• nptc chainsaw certificate of equivalent

• garden design experience
