Lab process technician - united states, santa clara

adecco is hiring immediately for a lab process technician with a local client in santa clara, ca. this individual is responsible for helping scientists and engineers carry out their work faster and better under the guidance from the project manager. you will work in laboratories, conduct experiments, operate tools, and report the data collected back to the team. pay for this role starts at $37.00/hour.

 

responsibilities:

coordinate with engineers on sample priorities

mount, dismount, clean, and handle customer samples

track and maintain the order of incoming jobs and their execution

operate lab process equipment and instruments

execute metrology jobs by using developed bkms and available recipes on sem metrology tools

perform analysis of metrology images with proprietary algorithms and sw, with predefined recipes

report preparation according to predefined template

interface with requestors, understand their detail requirement, and communicate on results

help the lab monitor wafer in process (wip) and maintain throughput

interface with hw team, hw troubleshooting, and execute tool maintenance

 

requirements:

college degree in material, electrical, chemistry engineering, or a related field

2+ years of experience

ability to be hands-on for lab operations, including sample handing and equipment operations

semiconductor experience preferred
