adecco is currently assisting a client in the search to fill a field tech support position in jackson, ms.

  • type: fulltime (40 hours / week)
  • length: 2 years; possible extension/conversion
  • pay: $22.30 hourly
  • shift/hours: mon-fri 8am – 5pm
  • this is an onsite position in jackson, ms
  • responsibilities include:

  • represent company interests and collaborate with local customer management teams
  • report customer dissatisfaction
  •  attend account calls as directed and provide feedback
  • monitor customers printer fleet
  • assist end user with device functionality
  • coordinate with support teams when service is required
  • coordinate with brand support
  • ensure adequate consumables ae available at customer sites
  • assist with device deployment/replacement as directed
  • track usage at customer sits to better understand needs
  •  assist with collection of usage pages per devices as needed
  • miscellaneous duties as directed by management
  •  

    requirements:

  • 2-4 years customer service experience preferred
  • communication skills
  • experience in administrative position
  •
