chefs required for holiday cover at the balavoulin, pub with rooms in aviemore.
we are looking for junior and senior, experienced cdp's. start date would be to cover holiday period 26th – 9th september and can be asap to allow candidates to familiarise with menu and style of service.
the business is a 7 bedroom, family run pub which is popular with locals and tourists. we serve breakfast (to residents only), lunch and dinner 7 days a week. we pride ourselves on serving good quality homemade food using fresh produce from local suppliers.
shifts would be 12pm start through to close (usually 9:30pm latest), 5 days per week, wednesday to sunday though any availability considered to cover holiday period. salary is minimum £24,000 and up to £27,000 paid weekly plus share of tips.
our kitchen team is a young, friendly close working team who will welcome anyone who comes onboard.
accommodation can be provided or daily return travel expenses can be paid for duration of cover up to 30 mile radius (i.e. inverness).
longer term/permanent employment can be available for the right candidates.
