excellent new opportunity our client is a pharmaceutical company looking for a customer services representative based in marlow. they want someone who has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a strong customer focus and a high level of professionalism and resilience. you would need to be organised, proactive and flexible. job summary as a customer service representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, and enquiries for b2b customers across all business units. as part of your role, you will be focused on delivering a consistently exemplary customer experience. your ability to serve not only ensures customer service levels and standards are met but allows us drive a competitive edge. your role provides support for our customers throughout the whole customer lifecycle from setting up accounts, processing orders to handling customer issues satisfactorily operating according to local customer service policies/procedures. the role requires daily contact and effective collaboration with supporting functions both internally and externally. a flexible and positive approach to tasks, with the ability to execute with speed and precision on operational, system and/or service improvements that are implemented locally is key. as part of the customer service team your passion for providing customer insights and looking for better, more efficient ways to serve the customer will help ensure our client customer's service is making business easy. essential skills/personal specification ability to work in a fast paced environment strong customer focus high level of professionalism and resilience strong ability to plan and organise proactive and flexible. minimum 2 years customer service, sales or account management experience. proficiency in sap experience with contact centre systems do not delay-apply now
