we currently have a great opportunity for an experienced chef de partie to be part of the brigade, ensuring high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to 2 aa rosette standard, offering a mixture of contemporary and traditional dishes.

our client is part of a luxury hotel group. this hotel is a beautiful luxury country house hotel on the outskirts of redhill with a 2 aa rosette restaurant, lounge bar and private dining options creating fantastic memories for the hotel guests.

the chef de partie will receive:

the chef de partie will have:
