our client is a stunning 5 star hotel near the new forest. we are currently on the hunt for a talented and passionate pastry chef de partie to join the head pastry chef and team producing the hotels desserts, celebration cakes and afternoon teas across the hotels outlets.

this luxury property boasts 72 bedrooms including 14 one of a kind tree houses. they also have an award-winning spa and state of the art cookery school. set in 130 acres of woodland the hotel truly is one of a kind!

the perks

as pastry chef de partie you can expect the following:

basic salary of £28,20448 hr week5 days out of 7- two days off in a rowlive in available - off sitemeals on dutydiscounts on spa treatments and products25% discount on f&b across the groupthe person

the ideal pastry chef de partie will have the following:
