Experienced gardener - full time - wanstead - united kingdom, wanstead, london

here at zeg we're looking for an experienced gardener to join the team who has a good understanding of garden tasks both regular garden maintenance and one-off garden clearances for our clients in london and west essex.

your responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to.

lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, aerating, scarifying, feeding etc.)

shrub maintenance (pruning, shaping, planting, species identification etc.)

weed control (removal, identification, mulching etc.)

planting services (plant/shrub recommendation, ground preparation, planting etc.)

tree maintenance (basic pruning – ground level only etc.)

garden clearance (garden clearances etc.)

candidate requirements

garden maintenance experience is essential.

must know how to use all standard gardening power tools and equipment.

full clean uk driving license.

friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

horticulture qualifications is a bonus.

must have good organisation skills.

must have excellent spoken and written english skills.

must be friendly and have a professional attitude.

must be prepared to work in all weather.

full uk driving licence.

working hours - monday to friday

this position could be a temp to perm or straight permanent position

the hours are monday to friday from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm with monthly pay.

candidates must be prepared to work in all weather. have good spoken english, right to work in the uk, good at time keeping, be trustworthy and be well mannered.
