in this role, you will:

call customers and perform a "voice of the customer survey" among other tasks.

the qualified candidate will have technical knowledge as well as customer service experience.

this position can be full or part time.

 

top candidates will have the following qualifications:

previous experience in a repair or service role

customer first focus

problem solver and team player with a strong work ethic

basic computer skills- office software (ms outlook, word, excel, etc.)

candidate must be able to clearly communicate with internal customers including service desk technician, production engineering, and management

 

1st shift 7am to 3:30pm

 

the starting pay rate for customer service technician  is $15 or more depending on experience, plus overtime as needed.
