we are looking for homeless services officers to join the very busy homeless services team.

one of these roles will involve working more closely with mash24 and may have some opportunities for co-location within the mash.

you need to be committed to providing excellent customer service and you must be able to value and respect people with different life experiences and backgrounds whether they are people you work for or those you work with.

the role involves working in a duty office environment, some office and some home working and site visits where appropriate. you will be interviewing customers who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, assessing their support and re-housing needs, in accordance with housing and homelessness legislation, making 184 decisions and seeking ways to prevent and resolve homelessness and reducing the overall impacts of homelessness on our customers.
