are you a qualified accountant with experience of working in a busy practice seeking a new challenge within a commercially focused accountancy firm? do you have 1st class communication & client liaison skills with strong business acumen as well possessing all the duties required working in a busy uk practice? do you live locally to the surrey area and seeking a new position where you can genuinely contribute to the growth of the business and receive an excellent salary/benefits package with career progression? our practice a leading specialist accountancy firm in surrey are growing & they therefore need an experienced and motivated practice accountant with financial and ideally management accounting for small to medium sized businesses within a practice environment. our client are looking for a qualified accountant with experience of carrying out an all round varied accounting skills in a small to medium sized accountancy firm and ideally you will experience on iris, xero, quickbooks and/or sage and a summary of the duties involved are summarised below:- personal and business tax accounts preparation paye and payroll cgt and iht business scenario and business planning tax planning knowledge liaising with clients and working closely with accountants the ideal candidate will need to be able to prioritise their workloads so that they can deliver efficiently to both the accountancy team and the firm s clients. good communications skills will be essential as you will often be working remotely directly with clients and the accountancy team. if you are an aca or acca qualified accountant with experience in a similar role then our client would like to hear from you. ideally you will have strong it skills to ideally include xero, sage & iris as well as be able to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach. solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are essential and excellent communication skills are vital as you be building relationship with clients & individuals across the business. being based in southern england would also be an advantage as the role is based in esher in surrey but there is also the possibility of working from home. on offer is a generous salary and benefits package depending on experience interested? then please forward your cv now for further details and immediate consultation
