title: operations program manager

with our platform, we're always striving to provide our users with fast, reliable internet service. we work to go the very last mile, providing fiber-optic internet connections directly to users' homes. we're building one of the fastest networks in america so that users can experience the future of broadband because we know that your internet connection can never be too fast. the ctx operations team is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the platform network. 

 

the operations program manager will be responsible for the coordination and communication for all the maintenance  and repair projects within ctx. this will involve scheduling meetings, setting timelines, identifying and removing roadblocks, identifying resources, communicating internally and externally to municipalities, vendors and other utilities.they will have oversight of multiple projects through the entire project lifecycle. cross functional work with multiple teams will require excellent communication and tracking skills. candidates having familiarity with salesforce, project management tools and the google suite will be able to excel in this role.

overall responsibilities: 

attend/ conduct weekly meetings with municipalities, utilities, vendors(engineering, program management, operations)

update systems and tools with project status

use existing tools to develop a view of all projects

top 3 daily responsibilities:

update project statuses

reach out to project owners to review progress

report on weekly/monthly/quarterly project movement

required skills:

ba/bs degree: desired, not required

program management

# of years of minimum experience: 5

any particular programs/tools background: google suite or ms excel/word, pmp or similar project management background, salesforce 2 years exp
