our medium sized construction equipment rental has been voted finalist for construction rentals 2020/2021 and are growing!

looking for an accountant to grow into the controller position

degree helpful or aa in accounting

highly organized, doesn’t mind working in a nice air condition trailer ( it was just redone, brand new workstation…. casual atmosphere).

will need hdl/car to get to location (mikole street is far in sand island access road)

3 plus years solid high-volume payables and receivables, (heavy payables)

prefer construction industry knowledge

understand how to reconcile credit card payments, processing all invoices and bank accounts

running reports, taxes, g45’s

oversee the expense reports, reconciling them, will also review repair orders.

we use quickbooks and ms office (will train).
