we are looking for mental health support workers who have the right values, behaviours and attitudes to give the very best support to the service users we support within the mental health team.

as one of our valued support workers you will be supporting service user's with mental health difficulties and/or learning disabilities.

you do not need to have previous experience as we will train, support and develop you into the role of mental health support worker.

the demand for our support services across the area is growing, therefore we are seeking compassionate reliable mental health support workers.

our aim is to assist our service user's to live a full and independent life.

duties will include supporting service users with social activities, shopping, promoting healthy eating, supporting with medication, promoting good personal hygiene practice.

we work to ensure that our support workers see regular service users' providing continuity of care. part of the support workers role is to develop good working relationships with or service user's.

this role involves working to a shift pattern that will include alternate weekends

this role requires our mental health support workers to drive between the locations of our service users. please apply only if you hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

from time to time we release other care vacancies that do not require a diving license and vehicle.
