the primary purpose is to collaborate with key stakeholders and lead the hr team to deliver generalist hr support to enable smooth operations of the of the site and company growth.

key areas will include:

* organisation design

* resourcing & talent management

* learning & development

* performance & reward

* employee engagement

* employee relations & employment law

the suitable person will demonstrate

* previous experience within a hr field, ideally at management level

* cipd qualified

* highly organised and motivated

* excellent communicator, team-player and problem solver

* able to maintain confidentiality and discretion

* the ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively
