we are currently looking for an experienced guest services assistant - shift leader located in ascot. our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in ascot. the successful guest services assistant - shift leader will be responsible for supervising the guest services assistants, to provide a high level on both arrival and departure. you'll also assist guest during their stay, helping with luggage, providing transport around the estate and communicate great knowledge of the hotel facilities.

the person

the guest services assistant - shift leader will have:

bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the teamhave a talent for greeting guests and building a relationship with themhave great communication skills with a strong customer service ethica valid clean british driving license, which has been held for at least two yearsbe excellently presented at all times
